K9 influenza shots now administered to stray dogs at time of intake

To help protect dogs that enter the shelter, we have added the canine influenza vaccine.  This vaccine will be in addition to the distemper and bordetella.  An additional $15 charge will be included for this vaccine at the time of redemption.
